Use those Christmas fabric scraps for cute Christmas cards. This Santa is quickly made using the step-by-step instructions below. The instructions are for another patchwork pattern, but every pattern is made in the same manner. Start at block number 1 and work in numerical order until all the pieces are sewn on. Once you get the hang of it, you will become addicted to making different blocks.

For this project you will need:
- red Christmas fabric scraps - white cotton fabric scraps - beige fabric scrap - wiggle eyes and a wooden red pearl for the nose - white sewing thread - standard sewing supplies - decorative scissors - red corrugated cardboard - red construction paper - white paper with printed greeting - white blank card - scissors

Instructions:
1. After finishing the block, adhere the backside of the block on a piece of cardboard. 2. Make a frame with the corrugated cardboard that fits over the patchwork piece. Glue the frame onto the piece and glue the whole piece onto the white cardstock. 3. Using the decorative scissors, cut the greetings out and glue the piece onto the red construction paper. Use the scissors again and cut around the piece in the same manner leaving a small border. 4. Glue the wiggle eyes and nose onto the patchwork piece.
