Birthday Wishes Card
This card has a feeling of the 70’s and whether you need this card for a woman or a man, it is perfect and is made within 15 minutes with basic card and scrapbook making supplies. The colors of this card and the combination of stripes and dots are so retro!

For this project you will need:
- white cardstock measuring 15 x 21 cm and folded into a 15 x 10.5 cm card - scrapbook paper from the DCVW “Retro Prints the Paper Stack” - one brown sheet with blue stripes and one brown sheet with the blue, beige and white polka-dots - textured cardstock strip measuring 1 x 10.5 cm and matching the scrapbook paper - 2.5 x 5.5 cm piece of same textured cardstock - 3 x 6 cm piece of brown cardstock - dark brown pigment stamp pad - clear stamp “Birthday Wishes” from Inkadoo® Brenda Walton Collection (Product Nr. 97720) or other stamp of choice - clear embossing powder - embossing heat tool - Sizzix Sidekick - Sizzix Sizzlit® die cut “Flower Blossom” - 4 mini dark brown brads - 3-D foam tape - jewel glue - stick glue - scissors and ruler

Instructions:
1. First adhere the scrapbook papers to the card with stick glue. The top paper covers about 60% of the card. 2. Adhere the blue strip and cover the seam of the 2 scrapbook papers. 3. Die cut flower and adhere to the card. 4. Use jewel glue to adhere the bead to the flower. 5. Stamp message onto the blue rectangle and add embossing powder to the still wet ink. Shake away excess and emboss with heat tool. 6. Adhere the blue rectangle now onto the brown rectangle. 7. Prick a hole in each corner of the rectangle and insert the brads. 8. Use 3-D foam tape to adhere the greeting to the card.
