For this project you will need:

- cardboard box (to cut ring)
- two different sized plates, bowls, cans, etc...
  to use to trace circles
- pencil
- tissue paper in the colors of red and green
- small piece of wire for tying off bow
- scissors for cutting the ring

Instructions:

1. Trace two different sized circles onto your cardboard to create a ring. Cut ring out. It is ok if it does not look perfect since the paper will be covering it anyway.
2. Cut out 1-2 inch or 2.5 - 4 cm pieces green tissue paper. It does not matter if the size is not perfect.
3. Once you have your pieces cut, wad each one in a ball shape. Once finished, add glue to the ring, one section at a time and press the wads onto the glue. Add more glue if necessary. Proceed until the entire wreath is covered.
4. Now cut 12 red pieces of tissue the same size as the green ones and also wad each piece in a ball. Make four groups of 3 paper balls and glue these onto the wreath on the green paper.
5. Make a bow by cutting a long piece of tissue paper and creating a paper bow using this How to Make a Bow Tutorial.

If you would like to hang the wreath on a wall or door, you can stop here. If you would like to hang it into the window, repeat the above steps for the backside of the wreath so that both sides are pretty.
