This paper craft makes a cute decoration for your spring time table. It is very easy to create and requires a minimal amount of materials and time. The paper punch motif gives the top of the fan a victorian lace look.
For this project you will need:
- sheet of colored paper - motif puncher with ornament - ruler - stylus - hole puncher - matching ribbon
Instructions:
1. Measure the width of the paper punch motif and measure this width plus 5 mm (1/4 inch) on each side. 2. Score your width with a ruler and stylus and then pleat fold the sides. 3. Find the center of each pleat and punch the motif in it. 4. Gather the pleats at the bottom of the fan and punch a hole through all layers. 5. Tie a ribbon through the hole and open the fan at the top.
