Illustrated Craft Tutorial - How to Craft a Paper Origami Easter Basket

Try using lots of different patterned papers to make this basket. It looks great in just about any color. Recommended for ages 8 and up.

9. Now fold each flap up until you reach the bottom of each corner fold. The picture shows how it should look now.

10. Insert your thumb in each of the corners and press inwards. This will cause the side walls to stand.

Tutorial for Paper Basket 11

11. When done correctly, it should look like this now. It is a half of a box with 4 side walls. You may wish to pinch the corners together and smooth the paper some if it does not seem to stand straight.

12. Cut a strip of paper and glue inside of the box. It can now be used as a miniature basket.
