Instructions:
1. First paint your bottle in the darker contrasting color and let it dry before continuing.
2. Then brush a coat of the crackling medium on the complete bottle and let it dry before continuing.
3. Then completely brush on a coat of white paint. Make sure not to go over previous brush strokes again as it will destroy the crackling process. When the crackling starts, this is how the bottle will look.
4. Tear out your motifs from the paper napkin. Remove all but the top layer. If your motifs are on a white surface of the napkin, you do not need to tear them out exactly. The white color of the napkin will blend in with the white paint. Now use the paper napkin applique glue and ”paint” on the paper napkin motif over the bottle at random areas. The crackling effect will show through the motif. Continue adding motifs until the bottle is covered the way you like it.
