While looking through a craft shop recently, I approached a display with layers over layers of different colored felt sheets. It has been a while since I crafted with felt and it seemed tempting again to make a couple of small things. It looks like I will be making a lot of projects for the amount I purchased will last quite some time. I have already started sewing various items and will continue sewing as it has become an addition in the past few days. Making things out of pom-poms has also been fun this year. With so much yarn in my stash, it seemed like a fun way to use some of it up.
Here you will find a few projects from the past plus new ones made recently. More projects will be added to the website on a regular basis so be sure to keep checking back.
Selected Felt Crafts:
Felt Ice Cream Cone PinThere is nothing better on a hot summer day than a cold and delicious ice cream cone. This felt craft is absolutely fun to make and can be worn as a pin or used anyway you like. Choose felt in the typical vanilla, strawberry and chocolate colors or experiment with other yummy flavors.
Felt Frog Ornament This is a cute summer craft that requires less than an hour to finish. All you need is a simple cookie cutter in the shape of a frog, felt and sewing supplies to create this friendly little guy.

Selected Pom-Pom Crafts:
Pom-Pom Snowman Isn’?t this snowman so soft and fluffy! This project is really fun for the kids to make on cold and dark winter days and is a cute decoration to leave out throughout the whole winter season.
Pom-Pom Santa Claus Kids will have fun making this project on a cold December afternoon. This cute and fluffy Santa would be pleased to become a part of your Christmas decorations - whether as a table decoration, or high up on a shelf. It does not require a lot of time to craft this project, just a little patience waiting for the glue to dry.
Pom-Pom Apple Tree Amazing what can be made out of pom-poms. This idea shows what you can create using green yarn. The apple tree looks almost real with its thick crown and juicy red apples and is fun for kids to craft using just a pom-pom, corrugated cardboard and wooden beds.
Pom-Pom Pig The farm is no place for this adorable pig. He is in no mood to wallow out in the mud. Instead, he’d rather be decorating a child’s room. Pom-pom crafts are so much fun for kids and require minimal materials to create. Kids can be creative and come up with other animals to create. New ideas will be added soon to this website as well.
Pom-Pom Lady Bug Everyone likes lady bugs and this particular one just feels at home outdoors on the green plants. Kids can enjoy a lady bug of their own and will have lots of fun crafting this project using left over yarn and a few other basic craft supplies.
Pom-Pom Black Cat Black cats are typical Halloween figures. But take a look at this little guy? Is he even capable of scaring anyone? No, he is just too cute and wants to be cuddled. The fringe yarn gives the cat a special soft effect.
Pom-Pom Crow This crow is all decked up in his straw hat and is excited for the upcoming fall harvest. He is already imagining how tasteful those delicious vegetables will be. The fringe yarn used to create this project is perfect for giving the crow a soft and fuzzy look.
