Instructions:
1. If you have a die cutting machine and paper rose dies, then die cut out many roses and quill them into shape according to the company’s instructions. If the pages are thin enough, you can cut several layers (4 to 6) out simultaneously to save time.
If you do not have such a machine and die, you can also use decorative edged scissors to create roses. An illustrated tutorial to hand make roses can be found here: How to Make Paper Roses
2. Once you have created several roses, then start to glue them onto the wreath. It is best to work from the inside to the outside of the wreath, or vice versa and continue along.
3. Just keep filling the wreath until it is completely covered with roses. This will take quite a bit of time but the effort is worth it in the end.
