Heart Window Decoration Craft Project Kaleidioscope Window Decoration for Kids to Craft These are easy to make and are a great project for kids to make, too.   1. Draw the desired design- here a circle, on the back side of contact paper and cut it out. 2. Remove the paper backing and lay the circle with the sticky side up. Use figures from paper punches to decorate. 3. Cut out 2 rings out of construction paper. The inner ring needs to be smaller than the foil circle and the outer ring larger. 4. Cut out a second piece of foil larger than the circle and stick it to the sticky side. Now both sides are smooth. 5. Place glue on one of the paper rings and lay the foil circle within the center, avoiding the glue lines. 6. Lay then the 2nd paper ring on top of the first ring.
