Halloween Crafts - Felt Black Halloween Cat
Meow! This spooky cat is not only having a bad hair day but is a perfect ornament for Halloween. Insert a branch into a vase and decorate with fibers that resemble a spider web. Then add this ornament and maybe the bat or ghost to embellish.

Supplies needed:
- cookie cutter in the shape of a cat
- black felt
- white chalk pencil
- black fringe yarn
- black thread
- sewing needle
- fiber fill
- two small seed beads for the eyes

Instructions:
1. Trace the cat shape twice onto black felt and cut out.
2. Place the right sides facing each other and begin to sew using blanket stitch. While sewing, carry the fringe yarn along with the thread and sew it under the blanket stitch. If necessary, when finished, you may need to pull the fringe out from under the thread.
3. Before finishing off your cat, stuff it lightly with fiber fill.
4. Cut a piece of fringe yarn and create a loop. Sew it to the top of the body on the back.
5. Sew on two beads for the eyes.
