First you will need to glue the craft sticks together. The 2 cross sticks give the picture extra stability and keep it from shifting. You can also choose to glue the remaining stick diagonal to the backside for even more stability. 2. Take your paper napkin and remove all but the top layer. Add decoupage glue to your craft stick picture and “paint” the napkin onto it. Make sure you are careful not to tear the napkin. See here Paper Napkin Applique or Decoupage Tutorial for more information about this technique. Let the glue dry. 3. Using fusibe web, create mushroom motifs from a second quarter of the napkin. Follow these instructions.  Paper Napkin Applique Using Fusible Web. Use 3-D foam tape to adhere these onto the picture over the first motifs. 3. Once finished, drill a small hole in each side of the top cross stick. 4. insert wire into the holes as a hanger. 5.
