Cover the front of the card with the scrapbook paper. 2. Cut a strip of scrapbook paper that is the width of the card and 6 cm high. Wrap organza ribbon around the left side and make a bow in the front. 3. Cut a rectangle out of off-white paper that measures 2 cm x 6 cm and stamp and emboss it with the best wishes greeting. Adhere the small strip on the scrapbookpaper rectangle. Make a small hole through the left side of the small strip and the scrapbook rectangle and insert a brad in the hole and close on the back side. 4. Cut a strip of off-white cardstock that measures the width of the card by 9 cm. Cut scallops on each long side. Adhere the prepared rectangle over this scalloped rectangle.
