Valentine’s Day Card - Anniversary Card - “Elegant Hearts”

If you need a quick card for a special occasion such as Valentine’s Day or an anniversary, you can craft this card within 15 minutes. If pink is not your choice of color, you may of course choose any color you like. The embellishments look good with any color combination.

|
For this project you will need:
- 1 blank white card with matching envelope
- white and dark pink cardstock
- white fiber paper
- 4 small glass nuggets
- thin silver crafting wire
- jewel glue
- 3-D foam tape or foam pads
- jumbo puncher with country heart motif
- stick glue
- piercing tool or needle and soft underground such as cork or fun foam (for poking holes)

Instructions:
1. Cut out a wide strip of dark pink cardstock and adhere it to the card.
2. Cut a strip of white cardstock and adhere it to the card perpendicular to the pink strip.
3. Punch 3 hearts out of the pink cardstock and poke holes along the outer edge of the hearts.
4. Place a piece of foam tape on the backside of each heart.
5. Tear a piece of fiber paper out and adhere it over the card.
6. Stick the hearts now on the card.
7. Cut a piece of wire and curl it a bit. String it along the card in a pleasing manner. Attach the ends of the wire to the underside of the first and 3rd heart to secure.
8. Glue the glass nuggets onto the card.
