Create a 3 cm black scallop border. Adhere it to the left side of the card. 3. Wrap a piece of black fringe yarn over the black border and tape the ends to the inside of the card cover. Use a white card on the inside of the card cover to cover these ends. 4. Stamp 3 spiders, “eek” and “Happy Halloween” onto white cardstock and cut out. Glue the “Happy Halloween” message onto black cardstock and cut out with a small border. Punch 2 small holes in the top corners of the message and insert brads through the holes. 5. Stick 3-D foam tape on the backsides of the stamped images and adhere these to the card.
