These mushrooms have a sort of exotic oriental look to them and are unique fall decorations.
For this project you will need:
- paper maché mushroom figures like in the picture below - decopatch paper like in the picture below - decopatch glue - paint brush
Instructions:
1. Tear the decopatch paper in 1-2 inch pieces and sort them by color. 2. Apply glue to the top part of the mushroom. Start by adding the first piece of paper. Paint over the paper to coat it. Now add the next piece of paper by overlapping it partially over the first and brush glue over this piece. Continue in this manner until the top part of the mushroom is finished. 3. Repeat step 2 for the bottom part of the mushroom but use gold paper instead. 4. Let the mushrooms completely dry.
