Because this project is so easy to make, even kids can get in on the fun. All that is really required is tearing the paper into pieces and gluing the pieces onto the paper maché figure. If you cannot get Decopatch paper and Decopatch glue in your area, consider using colorful wrapping paper and Modge Podge glue instead.
