Christmas Card With Stars and Trees

Christmas Card With Stars and Trees - Detail
Because vellum is transparent, if you use glue or double-sided tape to stick it, the adhesive shows through it. That is why a window was cut out from the front of the card so you can adhere the vellum from the backside, therefore hiding the adhesive. Also the thin border at the top is being held by stickers to avoid using an adhesive.

To cover the cut area and vellum on the inside of the card, cut a rectangle slightly smaller than the size of the card and adhere it with double-sided tape. This also strenthens the cover of the card as well, which is weakend because of the cut out window.
