Instructions: (see picture for placement of elements)
1. Cut a 13.5 x 13.5 cm orange paper square to cover the front of the card. 2. Now cut a 7.5 x 13.5 cm piece of black patterned paper (with the spots) and adhere it to the bottom of the card. Cut a strip of orange paper that is 2 x 13.5 cm in size and adhere it 1 cm from the bottom of the card. 3. Adhere the fiber ribbon across the middle seam of the card using transparent double sided adhesive. Over the ribbon, glue a piece of fringy cord using craft glue. Create a fringy cord bow and adhere it to the right side of the card onto the fringy cord. 4. Stamp and emboss the Halloween message and a ghost onto a 4 x 8.5 cm rectangle. Adhere the rectangle onto a piece of black patterned scrapbook paper and cut it out with a 4 mm border using the decorative edged scissors. Now adhere the rectangle to the top of the card using 3-D foam tape. Stamp and emboss a second ghost and cut it exactly out. Adhere it over the first ghost using 3-D foam tape. 5. Create 2 small holes in the upper right and left corners of the card and insert the brads into these holes.
