For this project you will need:
- White blank card size C-6
- matching envelope
- paper puncher with large heart
- thin vellum
- corregated paper in dark blue
- dark blue card stock
- white fiber paper
- blue fiber sheet
- 3-D foam pads
- 1 sided self sticking clear foil
- round eyelets
- scissors
- stick glue

Instructions:
1. Cut 2 long triangles out of the blue corregated paper and glue onto the blank white card.
2. Cut a blue fiber piece into a small triangle. Stick self sticking foil on the backside of the piece and remove the protective paper. Arrange onto the card diagonally as seen in the picture and adhere.
3. Tear a piece of white fiber paper and glue over the the blue fiber.
4. Punch out 3 hearts and adhere 3-D pads on the backsides of the hearts. Attach the hearts onto the card.
5. Print “Happy Birthday” on the piece of vellum and tear out. Use the eyelets to attach it onto the card.
