Birth of a Baby Girl Card

Instructions: (Use picture as placement example)

1. Using your circle template, cut two 3” circles. One circle has to be pink and the other circle white.
2. Cut each circle in half and glue the pink circle perpendicular to the white circle matching the rounded edges. See picture.
3. Using your template again, cut two 1” circles for the wheels out of pink cardstock.
4. Cut two even smaller circles out of white cardstock and glue these inside of the two small pink circles. Pierce a hole through the center of the wheels. Adhere the circles now to the baby carriage form.
5. Cut a strip using your decorative edged scissors and adhere across the white “carriage” part.
6. Pierce small holes along the edge of the carriage top.
7. Cut a small oval shape and adhere this behind the carriage part to look like a baby blanket.
8. Cut a small strip as the carriage handle and glue this now to the carriage.
9. Lay the finished carriage aside for the moment.
10. Cut a one inch strip off from the right side of the card.
11. Using your border punch, punch a decorative design along a strip of pink cardstock and adhere this to the backside of where your just cut. This creates a decorative edge for the front of the card.
12. Use 3-D foam to adhere the baby carriage now to the center of the card.
13. Using your computer printer, pick out a font you like and print out your greetings on white cardstock, in a color matching the paper.
14. Cut the greetings out and adhere the piece onto pink cardstock. Use decorative edged scissors to cut around the pink cardstock giving it a 1/4 inch border around the white cardstock.
15. Adhere the greetings to the top center of the card.
