Christmas Crafts - Christmas Cards - Three Bears Christmas Card
This card is really quickly made if you do not have a lot of time, but yet still want to give handmade cards to their friends and relatives. It is another example of using fusible web with paper napkins.The white dimensional paint adds a wintery touch to the card. The peel-off sticker says “Frohe Weihnachten” which is German for “Merry Christmas”.
For this project you will need:
- paper napkin with winter bears (this napkin is most likely not available in your area. Find a similar napkin that you can use for this project) - white card stock - fusible web - green blank card - white dimensional paint - stick glue - 3-D foam tape - white peel-off sticker greeting “Merry Christmas”
Instructions:
1. Follow the general instructions for paper napkin applique with fusible web below. You will need two sets of bears. 1 set complete and 1 set with just the bears that are in the front. 2. Cut out the background bears bears and glue the cut piece on the green card. Then adhere the bears up front with 3-D foam tape to add dimension. 3. Apply sticker to the top of the card. 4. Using dimensional paint, dot snow onto the card and let thoroughly dry.
