Instructions:
1. Cut a border out of the black shiny paper that is about half the height of the card and the same width. 2. Cut a 1 cm wide strip that is the same width of the card using your decorative edged scissors and adhere this to the embossed border. Adhere the border now to the bottom of the card. (in the picture it appears that there are white stripes on the black paper - this is the shiny paper reflecting the light) 3. Cut a 3 cm border out of the Halloween cardstock and wrap twice with fringe yarn. Adhere to the left side of the card using 3-D foam tape. 4. Die cut 1 cat, 1 moon and the word “Spooky” using your Cuttlebug and Sizzix die cutters. 5. First adhere the cat and the moon using 3-D foam tape. 6. Now adhere the letters using the stick glue.
