Saw out along the lines. 3. These are all of the pieces you need for this project. 4. Paint the pieces accordingly. 5. Once all of the pieces are dry, gather some blue paint on a flat paint brush and wipe away as much as you can on a piece of cardboard or paper towel until the paintbrush seems dry. 6. Brush the paintbrush along the edges of the stars. 7. This is how the stars look. 8. On the heart, brush the white areas blue . 9. This is how the white stripe looks now. Clean your paintbrush now. 10. Now gather white on your paint brush and again wipe away any excess paint until the brush seems dry.
