Christmas Crafts - Christmas Cards - Happy Holidays Snowman Couple

It is so fun crafting cards for the season. This cute snowman couple look cheerful and are perfect for this holiday craft. With all of the possible motifs whether on paper napkins or on decoupage paper, you are sure to find motifs you would like to use. This card is easy to craft and is finished within 15 minutes.

 

 

Supplies Needed:

- Paper napkin with snowmen motifs
- white textured cardstock
- fusible web
- 3-D foam pads and 3-D foam tape
- 2 mini silver brads
- small hole puncher
- strips of red paper
- red cardstock
- computer printer or red pen
- Fiskars 3-in-1 corner punch with
  snowflake motifs

Christmas Card - Happy Holidays Snowmen Greeting Card for the Holidays

 

Instructions:

1. Follow the instructions here how to use fusible web with paper napkins to prepare your snowman motifs.
2. Place 3-D foam pads or 3-D foam tape on the backside of your motifs and place aside.
3. Cut 2 red strips about 1 cm wide and stick them on the card crossing them at the top left corner of the card as seen in in the picture.
4. Print out “Happy Holidays” on a piece of white cardstock and cut it out in a rectangle shape. Stick this now onto red cardstock and cut it out again leaving about a 3 mm border. Place a piece of 3-D foam tape on the backside of this piece.
5. Punch 2 small holes in the top of the piece and insert the brads for decorative purposes.  Adhere this piece and the snowmen to the card.
6. Punch the top right and bottom right corner with the Fiskars corner punch.
7. Punch a couple more scrap pieces of the white cardstock to acquire more snowflakes and attach them to the card to fill in blank spaces.
